I'm not always big on little bitty books, but Batteries Not Included is so freakin HOT HOT HOT, that I had to give it 5 stars, even though I want sooooo much more. And when I say HOT, I don't mean hot like a bit sweaty, no, like panties lit on fire, AND even the panty drawer incinerated HAWT! Those twins were mouthwatering, and Maize was awesome when unleashed! Isabella LaPearl has a talented writing style, not to mention brilliant with the heat factor, and I cannot wait to read more of her. May I please state for the record that I wish for more of these three?! So now that it's stated, I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this SCORCHIN' story while going commando!

Mazie is considered the “good girl,” but we all know that every good girl want to be bad. When the seductive identical twin brothers, Eric and Evan Mandel offer her a ride of a life time, it’s hard for a girl to say no. Especially when Mazie has been crushing on these two men since she first laid eyes on them. As the night wares on, we get to see a snip-it of Eric and Evan’s point of view as well as the leading character Mazie.
Isabella LaPearl writes a sexy fast pace story that sweeps you up in the moment. This novelette certainly gives you a taste of where Ms. LaPearl can take you.

What a great little novella i read it in a few minutes.
This book is not for the faint of heart it is straight and to the erotic point yet still being romantic with how the twins feel about Mazie.
Mazie is pretty striaght forward about how she feels and who she is. Shy and unsure of herself but knowing what it is she wants exactly. A minx as the boys call her.
Oh Evan and Eric twins that know exactly what buttons to push to seduce a woman and how to please her together. But the clincher is unlike any other woman they have met they will soon be falling for her and want to keep her in their life forever, a first for them.
I have to say reading how undone Eric becomes because of her I think he is my favorite.
I have read a few of her novels. I love Isabella LaPearl she really is an amazing author.

The book is well written, smooth flowing and easy to read. The author did a good job portraying the characters, their emotions and the experiences they went through. The book is extremely short and can be read in 30 mins or less.
Mazie is extremely sexually frustrated and heads a few blocks away to purchase a new B.O.B. as her last one died. While at the store, she is approached by twins Eric and Evan, who are the living embodiment of all her fantasies. While she is extremely embarassed that the twins have seen what she is purchasing, she is dumbfounded when they try to convience her to leave the B.O.B. at the store and go home with them.
If you are looking for something, short, that is hot and steamy this is the book for you. I don't want to say much more as I don't want to spoil the book for anyone else.

If you like quick but very steamy reads that will fog up your reading glasses and curl up your toes, batteries not included is for you! This title states it's from the Leather, Pipes and Passion series, which I hope means many more like this, because despite how short it is, it was a great story!
Maizie's personal massager (grin) B.O.B has sputtered out its last, so she heads down to the store to find a new one. What she does find is the very fine Mandel twins. Two drop dead hottie bikers who finish each others sentences. And they want Maizie. I know I certainly wouldn't mind being in her predicament.
Despite its length, it's a very hot little story, though I would have loved to read more about the three of them. This was originally part of Once Upon An Alpha's Alphas Of Sin Anthology, now no longer available. You may also know Isabella as 1/3 of the brilliant writing collaboration from The Doms Of Her Life series with Jenna Jacob and Shayla Black, so it's easy to see why she does such an amazing job with this short.

Batteries Not Included is a short, steamy read with a clever title that intrigued me right way. I always find it difficult to review novellas. Reviewing this one is even more difficult than ones I have reviewed in the past, because it is only 29 pages. Anyway, here goes nothing!
Maize’s vibrator breaks at the most inopportune time. Frustrated in more ways than one, she rushes to the store to pick up a new one along with, you guessed it, a pack of batteries. Before she can make it to the register, she runs into the Mandel twins, Evan and Eric. Well, it was more like they startle her and she throws a vibrator and batteries at them, but you get the idea. Seeing that she is in need of some help, they offer to give her hand… or a number of other body parts. Having seen those body parts in detail when then modeled for her drawing class, she can’t resist their offer for long. You can use your imagination about what comes next, or you can pick up a copy of this and see for yourself!
Batteries Not Included grabbed my attention in the first paragraph and kept it until the end. I enjoyed the writing style, the menage aspect, and the story itself for the most part. I cringed when I read the words “sweet, tart cream,” and when one twin thinks about the fact that he can feel his brother’s penis through the wall of Maize’s vagina (ew). The final sexual act seemed like it was cut really short, and left me wanting more. Other than that, it was hot. Overall, it was a decent little bit of smut. If this was a full length novel that had time to build off of everything, I would read it. I recommend reading this if you need something to read during your lunch break or anytime you just want something quick and dirty!
